The Interdependence Project is the premier mindfulness teacher training institute. We have been offering our 200hr. IMTA Certified Meditation Teacher Training (MTT) Program for over a decade.
This year, 2022, marks the fifth year of running our Teaching Mindfulness to Children (TMTC) Program.
Being 100% virtual, our programs enable everyone to learn to offer meditation and compassion techniques to adults and children with integrity and skill. We seek students who are open and curious about training with their “monkey minds.” We welcome people of all color, all abilities, all shapes, and all genders. Integrating traditional teachings in meditation, mindfulness, ethics, and compassion in an accessible and secular is what we do best.
We are interested in the intersectionality between mindfulness and art, architecture, music, performance, Science, nutrition, teaching, running and wherever else mindfulness meets your spheres of interest.

Mindfulness Teacher Training
Check back in the spring when we’ll begin taking applications for the 2022 program! Graduates are eligible to become Certified Mindfulness Teachers with the International Mindfulness Teachers Association.
Learn to Teach Mindfulness to Children
The 2021-22 program begins in October! This six-month immersive training will provide you with the skills and confidence you need to effectively offer mindfulness and kindness practices to kids 5-17.
